Manasse Berenz

Manasse was sadly murdered at Izbica Ghetto in Poland on April 28, 1942 at age 4. Many people in the ghettos perished from starvation, exposure, dehydration, various diseases, or some were shot if they were caught sneaking and if they were resisting by hiding and trying to escape during liqudation. Some were tortured during force labor in the ghettos-some victims were killed in mass murders in ghettos.
