Marion Leivick "West"

Marian was a quite person, and wouldn't strike up a conversation. I don't think she ever had a job. When her husband died she became homeless. Marian was a well-recognized Marysville personality known the town's "bag lady" Marion was respectfully laid to rest on March 10, 2012. There were no family member to claim her body. Her burial was taken care of by the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon. She was laid to rest next to her husband (Floyd Leivick) Her husband, Floyd Leivick, a military veteran, died several years earlier and was cremated. Marion was cremated and her ashes were interred alongside her husband Floyd Leivick. Bethel AME Church in Marysville held a special musical service at the church to honor Marian Leivick that day.
