Martha Chelstowski of 420 S. 11th Street, in Reading, Pennsylvania United States was born on July 29, 1907 in Reading to John Chelstowski and Mary Chelstowski. She had siblings Paul Chelstowski, Francis Chelstowski, Casimir Chelstowski, Chester Chelstowski, Elizabeth Gensemer, Florence Weitzel, and Jeanette Cadaret.
