Mr. & Mrs. Willam Phelps

These photos were taken at Hoover & Brickell's New Photo Bazaar in Olean NY. The place written under each persons name looks like it says Perez, IA.

These photos were found in an album that belonged to my great-great grandmother. Names in her family are LaVanway, Wilkins, Platts, Randall. These families lived in WI, IA, SD, NY, VT, OK and possibly other locations. My Randall line came from NY and VT. I have not found the Phelps name in any of my genealogy research yet. I do not know if this is a relation or not. If anyone can identify this couple, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
