True, it was a different time back then . I have a fur coat which belonged to a great Aunt . The coat must be close to 80 or 90 yrs old. Not sure what kind of fur it is.. ( I think Beaver with mink cuffs. ) warmest coat ever but no way in hell would I wear it now .
Totally agree, fur is worn by beautiful animals, and ugly people. Why anyone would want to wear someone else's skin is beyond me. It's all very Hannibal Lecter.
