Nicholas & Rebecca Sexton Martin

Nicholas G. Martin and Rebecca Sexton were born in eastern Tennessee in 1811 and 1814. They moved to Lawrence County, Indiana in 1840, from Grainger County, TN, on a mule with their feather bed. They had nine children. Three sons served in the Civil War.

They are my gr gr grparents and I am still searching for Rebecca's father's first name and proof of her mother's name. My gr grfather Jesse, grfa Enoch W, fa cecil and myself all b IN.
