Olive (Blount) Peteete of Bedias, Grimes County, TX was born on December 11, 1903 to Nannie Belle (Fulton) Blount and James Elson Blount. She had siblings Florence May (Blount) Robinson, James Porter Blount, Myrtle Goldie (Blount) McKinney, and Opal (Blount) Nunlee. She married John Henry Peteete, and had children James Leroy Peteete and Evelyn Peteete. Olive Peteete died at age 86 years old on December 3, 1990, and was buried in Bedias.
