Progeny of Owen Shapley Smith (b 1848)and his wife Harriet (Huntington)Smith plus Harriet's mother. Oldest son Edward (Ned) Smith had returned for home for a vacation after several years as a missionary in China. His two brothers (Sid and Harold) were there as well as his sister Mabel (Smith) Thomas and her family. People identified with a label in the photo. Taken from lawn of family home build in the 1720's by Harriet Smith's ancestor, Ebenezer Huntington. Note family dog is included.
