Painting found in the trash dated 1268

I found this painting in the trash it was dated 1268 I took the back off to look at the behind the painting and it was signed this person's name I don't know him but it was found in hulmeville Pennsylvania and it looks like he grew up or lived in Southampton which is very close. I'm not sure if this was a profession of his or something but he was a good painter and it's in good condition and I would send it to any family member at no charge if they want it.
