PAMELA M. HALSEY Pamela Michele (nee: Dawson) Halsey, 60, of New York City, New York. passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Pamela was born January 31, 1953 to the late Leroy Jr. and Shirley Pheribo in Jersey City, New Jersey. In 1968, Pamela married the late Jimmy Halsey. At a later date she moved to Man-hattan, New York with her long time companion, Remus McNair. Prior to her illness, she was em-ployed by the United States Postal Service. Pamela leaves to cherish her loving memories: ten children, Michele, Shalonda, Jimmy, Jermaine, Jamar, Nashika, Tiffany, Alvin, Chantey and Shaneeque Halsey; eleven grandchildren; three sisters, Donna Alston, Deanna and Renee Pheribo; four broth-ers, Ronald, Troy, Anthony and Gregory Pheribo; two aunts, Viola and Gloria Judge; four sisters-in-law; five brothers-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her companion, Remus McNair. Visitation: Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Jackson Funeral Resi-dence from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at True Vine Life Center, 129-145 Linden Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey at 10:00 a.m. Interment: Arling-ton Cemetery, Kearny, New Jersey.
