Patsy Ruth Brune, 84, born on August 17, 1935 in Starks, LA. to Jesse Stanley and Lou Dicey Bass Stanley. She passed away on September 18, 2019 peacefully in her home in Crosby, Texas. She is survived by her son, Max Brune and wife Stephanie, daughters; Pamela Rawls and husband Mike, Kay Rush and husband David, Karen Howard and husband Kenneth, grandchildren; Tate Brune, Emily Steglich, Taylor Brune, Max Brune III, Angie Ponder, Kymberly Rawls, Sam Rawls, Jake Rawls, Casey Rush, Lindsey Howard, Karlyn Howard, great grandchildren; Harper Ponder, Luke Ponder, Wyatt Steglich, Allkie Steglich, Henry Rawls, Mia Rawls, Lily Rawls, Jace Lampson, Asher Benz. Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 2-5 P.M. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the San Jacinto Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at San Jacinto Memorial Park.

Stephanie Michelle (Rankin) Brune was born c. September 28, 1972 in Baytown, Texas to Larry and Patsy (Frazier) Rankin. According to her family tree, she married Max Edward Brune II on August 17, 1995 in Huntsville, Texas (Walker County) . We know that Stephanie Michelle (Rankin) Brune was born and raised in Texas. Currently lives in Crosby Texas for the past 29 years. She has three children, Angie Elaine (Brune) Ponder born 06/01/1990, Taylor Brune born 02/15/2002, and Max Edward Brune III (Trey) born 05/22/2003. Two brothers, Kenneth Wayne Rankin of Crosby Texas and Phillip Lee Rankin of Crosby Texas. She has three half sisters, Melissa Elaine (Fletcher) Mikes (deceased-2020), Samantha Jo (Fletcher) Goddard of Huffman Texas and Brandi Mae (Fletcher) Hunter of Denton Texas.
Stephanie's father, Larry, and mother, Patsy, were both raised in the Conroe, Texas area. They were married in Conroe as well, in December 1969. However, they divorced in 1980.
