Peter James Dudgeon is the son of Shirley Dudgeon (1918-2008) and Dorothy Dudgeon (1930-2018). He had 4 siblings including two sisters Lisa and Linda.
Peter graduated from Clear Lake High School (Clear Lake Iowa) in 1987. He then earned his lineman diploma from Northwest Iowa Technology School at Sheldon, Iowa. Peter worked for R.E.A at Mt, Ayre, Iowa and in 1996 started work with Mid America Energy in Des Moines as a journeyman lineman and substation electrician.
He was father to a son named Bo and enjoyed gardening and hunting.

My mom's side of the family is Swedish (and still lives in Sweden) and she instilled in me lots of Swedish heritage and traditions which has made me who I am today. My dad's side of the family is German and Irish and the most likely the side of the family I get all my freckles from. Family is so important, and welcome everyone to discover more about them, their history, and share about their loved ones who make up the history of who we are!
