This was in a big box of family photos sent to me by a relative. Unfortunately, there is no name on it anywhere so I don't know whether this little boy is a relative or a friend of the family.
Little boys used to be dressed like this before they were potty trained. A girl this age would usually have had a bit frillier outfit - more ribbons, bows, etc.
