A photo of Ralph Elmer Sutela or Sutila in military uniform. He was born 2 Dec 1919 in Minneapolis, MN, to Thomas & Anna (Mathiesen) Sutela and died 25 Feb 1987 in Multnomah County, Oregon. The back of this picture is marked, "Ralph Sutila, Cousin." All the Sutela pictures I've posted were contributed by William "Bill" Ostrom, in March 2016, who is probably a cousin. He sent them to me because I knew the Anderson family and could get them back to the Andersons.
