Ray Parkham?

Purchased this photo from a dealer in Alcoa, TN. Would love to get it to its family.

Written on the back of this photo is "they took care of a year - taken in front of our house". Part of this is cut off. At the bottom of the photo is "Ray Parkham" or "Porkham". Stamped on the photo is "From Hulls Photo Service, National Kodak Finishers, May 11, 1934, Anderson, Indiana". Do you know either of these people and if either is Ray Parkham? I would love to get this photo back home.
