Richard J Steffens

Richard was great great uncle and recently my research has taken me to him and wow his military career was pretty cool.
He served in the US Army in the European Theatre, plus espionage activity with the British S.I.S. and French Military. The government of France awarded Richard the highest Military decoration of Honor, the Croix de Guerre.
