In the middle of Hanukkah, this family should be celebrating the holidays with their children and grandchildren. 1941 Netherlands.

For me, this family photo put into perspective the short time (relatively speaking) that has passed. Everyone in this photo could be alive, enjoying their families, adding to their community, celebrating Hanukkah today.
