SARAH FRANCES MARSHALL-MY GR-GR GRANDMOTHER
Sarah Frances Marshall was born Dec. 19, 1833 in Lincoln Co., KY and died on May 30, 1925 in Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY. She was the daughter of Charles Marshall, born abt. 1790 and Clarissa Farmer, born abt. 1800. She was a first cousin, once removed of Chief Justice John Marshall. Her Grand Piano was donated to the Franklin Co., KY Museum. She married Benjamin Franklin Dollins on Sept. 9, 1853 at Crab Orchard, Lincoln Co., KY. They were the parents of 7 children, only 3 lived to be adults. John Franklin Dollins Sr., Charles Marshall Dollins, and Mary Elisa "Molly" Dollins Huddle.
