Heinrich George was first married to Katherina Maier. Katherina Maier had been married before to Matthias Johann Fiechtner. Heinrich George then married Rosina Wohlgemuth (?) Nies who had been married to Johannes Hoffman.

I think it is a great photo too and I am so happy someone bothered to share it with me. The little lady in the center is my father-in-law's great grandmother. He had never seen a picture of her before.

Wonderful picture! This is the first time I have seen ANY picture of a GEORGE family. Do you have any Georges that came from South Carolina? I know some went to Tennessee. Thanks!

My grandmother is Paulene Erbele Ruff and her mother or my great grandmother would be Rosina George. Does anyone know which person in this picture she is? I thought also someone told me there may be a little English on my grandmothers side--any thoughts?
