Hi...Leander was born in Wayne Co., West Virginia in 1854. His wife, Mary Margaret Crum, was born in Prater Creek, Floyd Co., KY, in 1852. His sister Mary Ann Jarrell was born in Wayne Co., WV in 1855. [contact link]
