Since I have Pulliams in my family from VA, I noticed this entry and quickly searched Ancestry.com for Veda Pulliam. She is on Sheet 4A in the 1910 census of Salem, Highland, OH, which took place 22 Apr 1910 and is listed as 5 or 6 (hard to read) years old along with her brother, Grendal C. Pulliam, age 3. Her parents were: Charles G. and Josie B. Pulliam. The census enumerator was David A. Pulliam. The family appears in White Oak, Highland, Ohio, in the 1920 census with Veda age 15 and Charles G., age 13, and a new son, Gerald, who's 8. In Ohio Births & Christenings Index, 1800-1962, there is an entry for Veda Pulliam, born New Market, Highland, Ohio, on 1 Dec 1904 to Charles Pulliam and Josie Renoe, Family History Film No. 570610. Hope their families find them here!
