LARRY Arszman
I was born At Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, while my parents (Vincent F. and Joyce (nee Ritchie) Arszman) lived at 3591 Vine Street. I attended Annunciation Elementary School for my first couple years. ( Iwas baptized at Annunciation parish). When I was in the Third Grade, our family moved to 1925 Waltham Ave. North College Hill where I finished my elementary school training at St. Margaret Mary School. I attended North College Hill High School and upon graduating from high school I enlisted in the Navy. I spent 6 years in the Navy stationed at: Orlando, Florida; Norfolk, Virginia; Mayport, Florida; Bahrain, Arabia; and Washington, DC. I earned the rank of E-6 (First Class Petty Officer in the Radioman rating). I married long time schoolmate and friend, Sandra Louise Brichler on September 20, 1974. Sandra also went to St. Margaret Mary elementary School and attended McAuley High School. Sandra and I moved back to Cincinnati after my military commitment was complete. We lived at 3001 Aries CT from 1978 - 1986. Then moved to 3510 Crestnoll, Monfort Heights, Ohio. In 2007, we sold our home, moved into a new condo and we spend our time traveling and enjoying life. I has recorded four Christian CD's. My first was called "Moonlit Garden". A single from that CD, "So Many Voices", dedicated to the 9-11 victims, was released and sold nationally. I was honored to receive personal Thank You letters from both Prime Minister Blair and Gov. George Pataki for the song and our contribution. My second CD was "For His Glory". This is a CD that I produced with 28 young people from St. Ignatius Church playing and singing the songs I Arranged. Like my second CD, my third and fourth CD's were produced with this same youth group at St. Ignatius Church. One was a Christmas CD and the final one was a Praise and Worship CD. All proceeds for all CD's were donated to Children's Hospital Cancer Research. Sandra and I have three children: Jeffrey A., Michael A. and Christine M. I retired from The Procter & Gamble Company in 2007 after 27 years. I was a Senior Manger and worked in the Corporate Security Division providing various security functions and investigations to various P&G facilities globally. After Retirement, I was able to finally pursue my lifetime passion of Music and began teaching music at Various grade Schools and private lessons. I have also performed in numerous bands around the Cincinnati tri-state area. I am currently the guitarist for the Las Vegas style Show band, "THE BELAIRS SHOW BAND". This is a 10 piece horn group with four front performing singers. We specialize in songs from the 50's, 60's, and 70's with four part harmonies, skits and costumes plus tributes to various artists like Roy Orbison, Leslie Gore, 4 Tops, Spiral Staircase and many many more.
Our small family was very close (I the last living survivor). I miss them very much.
