Vladimir Shpirt

My father was an exceptional person. He was born in poet's family in Odessa, Soviet Union, grew up and worked in Moscow, after his retirement emigrated to USA, where he lived in Boston. He, a very talented physicist(had a PhD in physics), loved literature, science, sport and history. He was very brave. He left his memories describing his childhood, war time, Moscow university studies, work and emigration time, a book that contains a very good analysis of his complicated surroundings. Anatoly.
