Wilbert Abshire of Iowa, Calcasieu County, Louisiana was born on May 1, 1941 to Adonis Abshire and Ozite Marie (Leger) Abshire. Wilbert Abshire died at age 43 years old on March 21, 1985, and was buried at Broussard Cemetery in Lacassine, Jefferson Davis Parish County.
