William H. Girnau, Jr., WI

William H Girnau Jr is the son of William H. and Mary I. (Stroup) Girnau. He was born 22 December 1918, and died 19 January 2004. The family home stood in the northeast corner of the large family farm in Eau Claire, WI. Now, the street named Vine St. runs through the original farm, in the 1700 block. Bill married Margaret Lund, grand-daughter of very well known Eau Claire and Wisconsin artist, Sevald Oleson Lund. They had a total of nine children: William III, Peter Carl, Richard, Susan, Margaret, Gail, Jane, Nancy, Thomas(deceased).
