Though very pleasing in looks. Billy's heart was his most attractive quality. He truly loved us with all of his heart. He was kind, protective, caring and not everyone got the privilege of seeing that side of him. I count myself very fortunate l did. I've also seen him some not postive behavior too. The rumors I had heard about his rough side weren't gossip. I was blessed to had him in my life.
