You know the guy on the right really looks like that picture I had of a young Robert in the Irish police uniform, I am now wondering if it was Robert as it was sent to me by a relation of Robert’s sister in Canada.
You can see the resemblance but I have pictures of Robert when he was older and he has a different kind of face.

Based on a 1913 photo of my great grandpa I believe the younger guy in the photo is my great grandpa William and the older guy is Robert (or whoever it is in the younger picture of Robert you shared as you mentioned). That photo of them together would have been taken somewhere around 1913, 1914 or 1915 based on the age of my great grandpa in the photo. I think that possibly RH and my great grandpa's dad may have been brothers. My great grandpa's dad was listed as J Wallace on the ship passenger list.

William Robert Wallace
William Robert Wallace was born and educated in Ahoghill, Ballymena, Ireland and emigrated to the USA in 1920 at age 22. His last place of residence before permanently moving to the USA was Renfrew, Scotland. He sailed from Liverpool, England on the SS Carmania and arrived at Ellis Island 11/9/1920 with a family member, William Hamilton (cousin we think), who was 20 years old at that time. He mentioned he loved the Grampian Mountains, Glasgow and Greenock. The ship passenger list says his father was J Wallace from Newtoning, Larne, Ireland. He visited family back in the old country over the years and family visited him in the USA as well. They also wrote letters and spoke on the phone. He loved ALL his family here and abroad very much.

He had two sisters, Jean McDonald and Maria Beatee. He had two brothers Samuel Wallace and Thomas Wallace. He was married to Caroline Akin Wallace for over 50 years and his whole life. They first met when he was delivering bottled milk and they loved each other forever. Most beautiful true love story. My great grandpa visited family back in the old country over the years and family visited him in the USA as well. They also wrote letters and spoke on the phone. He loved ALL his family here and abroad very much. For photos that I shared with writing on the back, I put that in the description but not sure who actually wrote on most of them.
