This is a family portrait of Harry and Josephine (Miller) Hackett. The lady sitting, I believe, is Harry's mother, Linda (Trover). The two children would be William (sitting on his grandmother's lap) and Mae (standing). If everything is true this photo would have been taken between 1892 and 1895 in Darlington PA.

The woman with glasses has been identified as Linda Ella (Trover - maiden name) Hackett - first married name Barris - 2nd married name. The children are her children from 2nd husband, Joshua Wright Barris. Some died young. The man in the middle - we aren't sure if this is her son from her first marriage, Harry Hackett, or her husband, Joshua Wright Barris as the young man doesn't look that old. Joshua Wright Barris ?
BARRIS'S: Believe man might be JOSHUA WRIGHT BARRIS or even his dad. These are Barris great2 or great3 grandparents born in mid 1800's and from PA. They appear a little older in this picture so this picture is probably from early 1900's. We aren't sure which wife this is. His 2nd wife, Linda Ella Trover, always wore glasses even when she was older. We do have a picture of her when she was older, but she doesn't look like this lady. This lady does not have glasses on. This is a mystery picture and the Barris Family is anxious to identify exactly who these people are. Please contact [contact link] should you be able to identify these folks.
