He and his cousin, Pumpilio, were also fond of making homemade Italian Red Wine. He loved mushroom hunting and could name all varieties, differenciating the edible from the poisonous. Yum! Tito passed his enthusiasm for these hobbies on to his children which created a strong family bond. Tito emigrated from Northern Italy as a young man with his brother Archie. Both became printers with Archie opening a successful commercial printing business with Tito at his side. Tito lived most of his adult life in Elmwood Park, Illinois a predominantly Italian suburb of Chicago. He was a member of the Italian American Social Club in Elmwood Park helping to better the community. Tito was survived by his wife, Ruth, children Arlene and Tom, 4 grandchildren, Denise, Laurel, Sharon, and James. 6 great-grand children, Carolyn, Robert, David, Steven, Kristen and Kevin.
