He was born in Douglas, Isle of Man, England and his family immigrated to the states when he was a young boy, arriving in New York City on June 26, 1908 when he was 6 years old. He then moved to Billings, MT and grew up there.
On November 1, 1930 he married Fiona Stewart (1907–1970) in Billings, Montana. They had three daughters together including Ruth Mae Brideson (1931-2006) and Elsie Isabella Brideson (1932-1992). He resided in Billings, MT for some time before spending some time in Denver, Colorado in the late 1930's.
Albert was a shipping clerk for the meat packing industry, worked for Midland Empire Packing Co. in Billings, Montana. He later moved to Seattle, Washington and was a custodian at a public school there.
Albert Brideson passed away on May 30, 1971 in Seattle, WA.

Funeral services for Albert Edward Brideson, 69, were June 3 at Hoffner's Fisher-Kalfus Mortuary, Seattle, Wash. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Seattle. Brideson died May 30.
He was born Nov. 22, 1901, in Douglas, Isle of Man, England, where he lived until he came to Billings with his parents in 1908.
On Nov. 1, 1930, Mr. Brideson married Fiona S. Stewart. They moved to Denver. in 1936 and lived there until 1941. They moved back to Billing and in 1943 went to Seattle, where he worked until he retired in 1967. Mr. Brideson's wife died July 28, 1970.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Fred Schroeder, Mrs. John Voight, Mrs. Ed Shultz and nine grandchildren all of Seattle; and two sisters, Mrs. Robert Jack and Mrs. Otto Bratlie, Billings.
