Matthew Buffalohead Jr… what an amazing person! A person who has overcome a tragic life. His story is unshared and he has hidden the most gruesome details of his childhood from his family and friends. I’ve met this young man and his intelligence and ability to be introspective, at the highest levels, simply astounds us all in the psycho analysis world. Matthew operates well above the average human being. Having to note that he humbly graduated high school 5 years ahead of time. Matthew has also mastered the game of chess through no teaching (he was only taught to move) and created what is known as “The Buffalo Gambit” at the age of 14! “These are just the simple things in life” as he put it. I met JR in Narconon Arrowhead where he was the greatest friend and mentor a person could hope for. He was amazing to sit and ask questions of, always had a enlightened theory on the most far out ideas I could throw at him. Matthew has risked his life to save the life of a drowning woman by swimming out to her and pulling her from the bottom of “Kaw Lake” and performing CPR on her lifeless body. He successfully resuscitated her and walked off not accepting any thanks or commends for his deed. Simply did what no one else would and walked away. Matthew dedicated his life to saving the lives of many more after this, first starting with himself and his love, Domico Warrior. Putting his faith in love, he left to rehab having made a deal with the rehab that “If you want me, you gotta take my girlfriend Domico.” he told us. We had to take them both!! He wasn’t sure Domico would follow but he had to take the chance for her life. She eventually came and I met her as well. Matthew cleaned up his life. He continued the work of an incredible person, he overcame the recidivism rate and turned his life around by maintaining his sobriety (after ten years addicted to meth) and changing his actions in life. The life he was given had been fraught with Intergenerational trauma which led to his early incarceration and subsequent prison trips. Drug addiction. Alcoholism. A life he wished on no man, “not even my worst enemy”. Matthew dragged his own demons with him and payed them to waste, one at a time. Matthew went on to do the work of a Philanthropist by donating his personal time in Youth Programs focused on juvenile first time offenders and at risk youth. Having gone through a life that the youth he gave his time to, wouldn’t want to be a part of, he shared his most vulnerable life events with them. He shared with them the horrible torture he endured as a child in a cell. He shared his victory, also. His life story inspired the children and likely saved most of the 40+ kids he had a chance to work with. If anyone reads this, know that Matthew left us here in Oklahoma to chase that dream of his, to save many more lives from drug addiction and alcohol abuse. Pray for him, he has been to hell and walked out of it with nothing but the kindest heart and most amazing love for the human race. Pray that you get a chance to meet this most amazing human being. He loves his family so much that he went to change the world for them. He loves us all so much that he lives alone, wherever he is, so that he can focus on finding the key to the puzzle that eludes us all “how to save the lives of millions in this world of sad destruction?” I am happy and feel safer knowing that he is out there fighting a silent fight. Alone. A grateful person.
