(cato)Crites.The Sons where William Green Crites & Daniel Chapman Crites. From an old family Bible we Know Abraham was the son of Daniel&Elizabeth (Stepp) Crites.His Oldest sibling is Nancy Crites born
in 1820 (in Mo. we think).We also think that Susannah Tinnin was the duaghter of Daniel's commanding officer in the war of 1812. We don't
know who Daniel's father is.The old Family Bible didn't say where Daniel was born or who his parents where it does list His childern and there birthdays and Abraham's children and there birthdays.
My Line of the Crites family came to Oklahoma before statehood.William
Green Crites Left Hood co. Texas with all of his Children,including two
married children and there spouses and thier children about 1896 or 1897.William green died before he got to Okla. from a spider bite.
