Wendy, Daughter of Jeffie Paul Halbrook and Jackie Lynn Talyor, was an amazing person. After Jeffie and jackie divorced, Wendy and her sister, Aisha-Kimberly Starrdette Halbrook, were later legally adopted by their step-father, Edwin Knox Taylor, when Wendy was around 6 and Aisha was 5. Later, they welcomed and adored a half brother, Joshua Knox Taylor, when Wendy was 7 and Aisha was 6. Wendy was the life of the party, always a bright and engaging person who, was very well loved. She was Aisha's protector from the kids who tormented her at Wellston Elementary School, and was always the one Aisha turned to when she felt down. The way she was stolen from the world, being murdered by Beverly Sue Noe, her ex-mother in law, hurts because she served only 4 and a half years and got way with the murder of Wendy, her 6 yr old daughter Cynthia Marie Britto, and Wendy's new sister-in-law, Lisa-Renee Kreager. Wendy is missed deeply, and one day will be reunited with her loved ones, while we know Beverly will not be.
