Photo found in an antique shop in Snohomish, Washington. Handwritten on photo: "Wilbur and Leota Harpster...Wilbur died in 1948 and Leota in 1950".
I located Leota and family in the 1900 US Census in Delaware, Nebraska. Living with Leota and Wilbur were daughter Hazel (age 3), Leota's mother, Emma Walker (age 40) and Leota's sister, Myrtle Walker (age 16). Wilbur and Leota married in 1894 and he was a laborer working on the railroad at the time of this census. No other info available on this family.
