Peter R Herhenreader of Carbondale, Lackawanna County, PA was born on June 25, 1910, and died at age 78 years old on January 30, 1989.

Since being born in Carbondale-PA on 9/1/1964, Diane has lived in Endicott-NY, New Eqypt-NJ, Sarasota-FL, Devon-UK (England), Colorado, Arizona, & currently in Sarasota-FL(2021).

Richard Gregory Herhenreader was born on June 11, 1937 to parents Blanche Golko Herhenreader and Peter R. Herhenreader. He had a brother Peter V Richard Gregory Herhenreader (1934-2014) as well as two sisters including Susan Herhenreader (1942-1956). He grew up in Carbondale, PA and attended local schools. He served in the US Air Force. After he served from 18-yrs-old-on in the USA Air Force, he then educated himself to become an IBM Computer Programmer & then IBM Computer Analyst, in the IBM Endicott-Binghamtom, NY area ( I lived with him there in NY when I was 11-13 years old). His workmates & friends in IBM-NY referred to him as "Dick" (short for Richard at the time). He passed away on November 7, 1998 at the Stone Harbor-Avalon Veterans Hospital in Middle Township, NJ. I am his Only Child, & he is my Only Dad. I was born as a 7-mo-primi-baby on Sept/1/1964-Carbondale,PA, my birth name is Diane Kathryn Herhenreader. I will remember my Dad FOREVER! He was the KINDEST, SWEETEST and MOST LOVING PERSON that I had ever known (even to this day, & I am almost 56-yrs-old now, & Dad has been dead over 20-years). I didn't get to be with Dad much, because my birth mother, his X-Wife (Bonnie K Turner Herhenreader) "used me as property @ 18-mos-old +" to hurt him with, but he still "never went away". Dad, and HIS Mom Blanche Golko Herhenreader, were the most amazing people in my life as a child; I am forever Grateful to them both! I am only writing this now about my Dad RGH, because it seems that no one else on HIS "birth-side of the family" even bothers to remember he existed. To my knowledge, my Dad was the 2nd of 4 children birthed by Blanche Golko Herhenreader & Peter Herhenreader. To my knowledge, my Dad has only 1 remaining sibling alive, his youngest sister ( Virginia Herhenreader Yusavitz, Carbondale, PA). Since no-one-else seems to care about my Awesome Dad RGH, I felt that I should make at least this little-bit about him public......Absolutely AWESOME MAN!!! ..& Forever I LOVE YOU DAD! I so wish that we could have both shared many more Healing-Times together! Somebody in this "genetic family" should stand up and say "Richard Gregory Herhenreader, (MY FATHER)", was an AWESOME MAN & ONE OF THE KINDEST SOULS anyone would or will ever meet; and since no one else in His genetic family bothers to say this ...SO I WILL SAY THIS! Blanche Herhenreader of Carbondale, Lackawanna County, PA was born on December 8, 1911, and died at age 87 years old on January 9, 1999.
