Born: on 02 Jan, 1961 (Nannying, China) Education: MBBS, MD (Nanjing University) Profession: Govt medical officer (West Siang) and Surgeon (PLA) Community: Monpa Religion: Buddhism (later converted into Christian) Spouse: Ruyoi (Aapang) Children: Tshang Wangte, Tshang Wanglee (Migang Patir) Early life: Kiwang Tshangla was a very popular medical officer in North East India. He was born Jan 2 of 1961 (before Indo-Sino War) in Nannying of China. His father Zungki Tshangla was the chief of Mechuka region who afford him to be good in quality. Since the childhood Tshangla was a very curious and creative. Also he was a good in leadership among his friends. Education: Tshangla started his study in early age in a monastery of Lama (Buddhist). Later in a short duration his father sent him to Govt Higher Secondary of Pashighat. After completing the secondary education with a good record he joined in MBBS in Assam. In that period Tshangla acquires a path for the next step. Also gained the best rank in MD from Nanjing university. Profession: After the completion of MBBS Tshangla joined as a rural doctor in the East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh. But after three months of the joining he left the job went to Nanjing University in China for further study. During that period Tshangla started to communicate with the Chinese businessmen and advice them to import goods like Sandalwood from India. So, just a few days later of the session completion he came back to India and joined as a medical officer in West Siang. At the same time he became an exporter of Indian Sandalwood like other exporter. Among the People: As per the as local people he was a very noble and kind hearted person. He offered a large amount to needy people in the beginning of the year (Every year). He didn't behave like other all govt officers in region. He celebrated all the festivals with poor and rich people. He respect the poor too. Personal life: Tshangla was a son of very brave man. Genetically he was brave and single word man. He never changed direction of his life after taking a decision. He married Ruyoi, a daughter former chief minister of state. He has a daughter, Wangte and a son Wanglee. Corruptions: Tshangla was popular for both acceptable and unacceptable characters. Though he was kind hearted from one side, he was a man word from another site. He didn't change any decisions. Also he was a person who violate the govt rules for his and others purpose. End of life: As a brave man Tshangla always followed heroic job. He fight with the others for poor's right. And he adviced every people to be victory only. He was not as good as nobleman with his rich colleagues. His such nature leads him to dead in a duration of life in 10 Oct, 2008.
