Nationality & Ethnicity

Our branch Samuel>David>Walter>William H sailed from Londonderry, Ireland to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to on to the Pittsburgh area of Allegheny County, PA.  Eventually David went to Cincinnati, Ohio after his marriage.  Walter settled in Phila at the end of WWI and married. I belong to the Samuel>David>Walter>William H branch of the family.  Our family emmigrated to the US from Londonderry, Ireland.  However, I also think that they may have originated in Scotland., possibly the Glasgow area.
