United States. Born in Williamson WV 1964, lived in aflex KY for some years moved to Kermit WV where his mother owned a bakery and soon moved to Charleston where he grew up. He is survived by 2 brothers, oldest Thadeus Dwight Mounts, younger brother Keith Mounts, deceased brother Morticia Mounts, wife Elizabeth Mounts, daughter Megan Mounts which both reside in Huntington WV. Loving mother Delores (Reed) Mounts in Charleston WV. Kevin always brought brightness wherever he went, people was drawn to his outgoing personality. He would give anyone anything he had to help them and never heard of him letting anyone down. He got addicted to the fun life and and it later controlled him and took his life. He never let his illness take anything away from him, he lived full of joy and love. One word I would use to describe him is blessed! He had the best of the best characteristics ans never knew a stranger. He died a last breed, if I could long his legacy I would wish more people lived the way he did, selfless and enjoyed others and the small things in life and experienced alot! Gone but never forgotten love you Dad!
