In any case, Jerry Occhipenti married Linda L. Harshfield on July 6th, 1985 in Harris County Texas. They divorced on May 22nd, 1989 in Montgomery County, Texas. They didn't have any children. Jerry had two sons and one daughter, Christopher Occhipenti Carlile, Vito, and Gina Marie Occhipenti Jenkins from different relationships.. Jerry was murdered at the age of 55 in Conroe, Texas. His youngest son, Vito, was accused of shooting him numerous times with a .22-caliber rifle. Each of Jerry's children were born of a different mother and Vito seems to have had the most contentious relationship with his father.
