I was adopted in 1950 in England by the Phipps family.I have now found my half sister but in doing so it appears that one of my ancestors was Ophelia Phips. I am aware that Phipps is spelt with 1 or 2 ps.It would meen SO much if there was some connection.As I have no idea where she was born or died it has prooved very difficult to trace her.Please help me.THANK YOU
