Jeanne had straight brown hair with bangs and big, brown eyes, She was good looking and very, very bright. In fact she always was first in her class at school. Jeanne knew she was adopted by her parents, as was her brother. They lived in an immaculate home, where her mother stayed at home to raise the two children. Jeanne was shy and sensitive. I enjoyed being in her class at school and being her friend. She attended The Walnut Avenue School, The James H Vernon School and Oyster Bay High School. She was always the valedictorian! I wonder where she went to college? ( I moved to Massachusetts in 1960, so lost track of Jeanne after she turned 16.) Am sad to hear she died at the young age of 42.
