Der Name steht also für jemanden, der an einer aufälligen Kiefer lebte.
2.) sorb. sroka -> Elster; Spitzname für jemanden der eigenschaften wie die Elster besaß.
der Name Skroch soll den Ursprung in Norwegen oder Schweden haben, so hat es meine Großtante früher erzählt.
Im schwedischen würde Skrock=Aberglaube heißen. Allerdings mit k am Ende geschrieben. Ich denke dass sich früher die schreibweise des Namens geändert hat.
