June was preceded in death by husband John A Renker, and sister Sheryll Wren Lewis. Survived by daughters, Kristin Renker, Elizabeth Wardlow, Deborah Shaw, and Kimberly Hodges; siblings, Faye Lewis, Robert G Lewis, II, and Paul Lewis; special friend, Leo Popkie. A memorial service was held at Southwick-Good and Fortkamp Funeral Chapel, 3100 N High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43202. June was an artist and looked at the world through an artistic lens. The largest consumption of her interest and research cultivated her belief that all souls were connected and each has a mission on earth. She studied world religions and esoteric ideas. Her mother was a Christian Scientist and taught Sunday School, a practitioner of the art of laying on hands and prayers for healing of the sick and dying. June was always excited to share new insight and her unique understanding of the supernatural with her family and friends. June was a member of BOTA Association and Rosicrucians.
