Mary Louise (Pawley) Westbay of Louisville, Jefferson County, KY was born on July 1, 1918, and died at age 83 years old on October 12, 2001 at Louisville, Kentucky USA in Louisville. Mary Westbay was buried in October 2001 at Zachary Taylor National CemeterySection B Site 1611 Brownsboro Road, in Louisville.
She was the Mother of 9 children Shirley Ann, Julia Elizabeth, Alice Louise, Doris June, Mary Margaret, William Kenneth, Clarence Emmett Jr., Kathy Margarette, Dreams May. Our Father was Clarence Emmett Westbay Sr., they were married Aug. 20. 1939. Mom was much loved by all of her children. The best memories with her was when she'd sit with the youngest baby on her lap with all of my siblings all around her and telling us many stories and many were about her childhood. She loved to sing songs to us all. I love my mom for all the many thing she taught me, she was so full of wisdom of real life situations with good judgment and insight.
