My mom's side of the family is Swedish (and still lives in Sweden) and she instilled in me lots of Swedish heritage and traditions which has made me who I am today. My dad's side of the family is German and Irish and the most likely the side of the family I get all my freckles from. Family is so important, and welcome everyone to discover more about them, their history, and share about their loved ones who make up the history of who we are!

This is a photo which was in a book in a church in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. It is a pic of Andrew McMillans son Thomas McMillan. Not sure of the date, but Thomas was born 1781 in Ireland and died 1862 in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. He is Buried in Bethany Graveyard, Bridgeville, Allegheny, Pensylvania.

Picture of Walter & Stella Lovejoy on the back it says Walter & Stella Lovejoy.May have been taken early 1930's??.this picture was found in my fathers family album. 1930 Federal Census shows Walter & Stella Lovejoy living in Prairie Township in Madison county AR, he was 25 she 22 with 4 children of Florence, Flora,Toy and Troy. Update research shows Stella was a hopkins my dads Aunt and the daughter of Carson Hopkins my GG grandfather. Stella also had a sister Edna Hopkins married a Lige Boster.

A photo of Thomas Tuttle with his family in Kansas in c.1916 or 1917. He was born in 1869 in Laurel County, Kentucky. He was the son of Preston and Ann Tuttle. He married Elizabeth "Bettie" Turnbull in 1902. They lived in Sugarloaf Twp., Kansas in the 1910 census. Thomas sent this postcard to his brother, William "Billy" Tuttle in Ky (born in 1865 Ky and died in 1959 Michigan). Thomas wrote on the back of the postcard ''Well, Billy, this little house looks simple in construction but has lots of good qualities belonging to it. Thomas Tuttle From Kansas'. Thomas died in 1917 in Kansas but buried in Tuttle Cemetery in Laurel County, Kentucky.
