Annie's father was Francis Willmott Cazaly. He was listed as a "taveller" when she married. Her mother was & Sophia (Lucker) Cazaly. She married John on 2 Nov 1890 at St John, Hackney, Hackney, England. (He was a bachelor and she was a spinster.) His father was listed as "dead". The entire family died when the Titanic sank. Obituary

Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Sage (née Cazaly), was born in Hackney, London in 1867. Annie was from a large family of French Huguenot extraction, members of which had emigrated all over the world. She married John George Sage, also from Hackney, on 2nd November, 1890. The couple went on to have the following children: Stella, George, Douglas, Frederick, William, Dorothy, Ada, Constance and Thomas. The entire family died in the Titanic disaster. Annie's body, if recovered, was never identified. Find a Grave memorial NOTE: Although this states that she was born in 1867, other sources state that she was born in 1865.
