Ann Dvorak
Actress Ann Dvorak. Ann Dvorak was born Anna McKim in 1911. Her parents were both in vaudeville. She took the stage name Dvorak, which she said was pronounced vor'shack.

She and her mother moved to Hollywood when she was four and her mother made many silent films. Ann went on to be an actress on the screen from 1916 through 1952 and has a star on the Walk of Fame.
