Fred Vallis served with Battery B, 546th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Automatic Weapons Battalion. European Theatre Operation: Arrived Omaha Beachhead on July 14, 1944. Section Chief. Campaigns: Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Central Europe. Awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service. Honorably discharged on December 5, 1945. ... show more
