on back of picture...DOWNHYER or Down Hyer ... Elwood IN. This was found in Stout's of Elwood IN photos. My grandfather said Bertha Stout had a brother named ? Hyer. Only problem was she was an only child.? Hyer lived in Homestead PA and ? HYER had two children James and Mary. Maybe ? Hyer was adopted, unoffically?
