I guess if I had read the next picture down I would have found out who the husband of Margaret was. Dah! I apologize for that. I looked in my book of DeMoss's and I didn't find his name listed but I am sure that somehow they are related to each other, it is finding out how they are and where they came from.
Again, you are welcome to contact me and I will give you as much info as I have and somehow between the two of us there is a possible connection.

Her mother's family being founders of Nolansville, Tennessee. She married Civil War soldier Silas Christopher DeMoss who also hailed from old American settler and Colonial/Revolutionary War ancestry of the DuMas/DeMoss and Virginia Rural Plains Sheltons. Silas' family were the founders of Bellevue, TN.
